Product Information

All Alutech Trend sectional doors are made to measure to suit every opening size and type of installation.  The 40mm thick sandwich panel provides a thermal transmittance coefficient of 1.35W(m²K), sound insulation and high wind resistance.  The door leaf can withstand the harshest of environments due to the unique anti-corrosion properties and the thickness of a zinc coating and a double layer paint and laquer coating.  Highly resistant to scratches and endures fluctuations in temperature and humidity.

Panel styles consist of S-Rib, M-Rib, L-Rib, Microwave and Georgian, with a wide range of 27 standard colours and 3 Woodgrain colour finishes.

The fixing frame for an internal face fix installation comes as white as standard but can be colour matched to the standard range of colours or any Special RAL colour to match the door panels for a small surcharge.

An internal manual release is supplied as standard providing there is another entrance into the garage in the event of a power failure.

An external manual release is required if there is no other access to the garage in the event of a power failure.

A Reveal Kit option available for the full reveal installation and colour matched to the panels.

For additional natural light into the garage, various acrylic window designs are available in Clear, Crystal textured frosting or a Smooth opaque frosting.  Available in all panel styles, windows can be horizontal or vertical for the ultra modern look.

Maximum door opening sizes are available up to 6000mm x 3000mm.

Side Sprung doors are available up to 4420mm wide.

For larger sized openings the Trend door has Torsion springs which are fitted above the opening behind the lintel.   235mm head room is required for Torsion spring including the operator.

For restricted head room, a Low Headroom Kit is available which has rear mounted springs, reducing the head room requirement to 125mm including the operator.

Safety, Security and Strength

The plastic base of the side profile minimises corrosion from rainfall and provides an attractive appearance for both door panels and frame.

The sandwich panel design protects against finger trapping.

Spring covers are available for the side sprung door, allowing the springs to be enclosed, eliminating finger entrapment and enhancing the door’s internal appearance.

Torsion springs include spring breaks to stop the door from falling in the case of spring breakage.

Adjustable roller brackets allow the top panel to seal directly to the top profile which reduces draughts and heat loss.

Alutech uses the Levigato automation system, a sleek design and includes two transmitters.

Accessories include a Wireless Push Button for internal use, Digital Keypad for external use, Battery Back-up and additional hand transmitters.
