Aluroll's SecureRoll insulated roller garage doors are manufactured in the UK for national distribution using exceptional quality materials, all made to measure to suit a variety of installation options.
Roller garage doors are renowned for their unique space saving design, maximising space inside the garage and allowing you to park up to the garage door. The strong twin walled aluminium lath profiles are manufactured with an advanced insulated foam core, providing strength and significantly reducing heat loss. Available in a wide range of standard colours and woodgrain finishes to create a classic or contemporary finish to any home. The Classic 77mm lath roller doors can be powder coated to any RAL or BS colour.
The smaller 55mm Compact roller door has been developed specifically for garages with limited head room and has a smaller roll mechanism than the 77mm lath door.

- Strong Extruded Aluminium Bottom Rail and Rubber seal: Strong bottom rail and robust but flexible rubber seal ensures a good seal to the floor
- Automatic Locking System: Strong security straps preventing the curtain from being forcibly opened from below.
- Safety Brake (77mm doors): Ensures compliance with safety legislation and prevents the door from dropping in the rare event of a motor failure.
Internal Manual Override: For winding the door manually in the event of power failure
Specifications
77mm lath doors. For openings up to 5500mm wide x 3200mm high include 90mm Guides and 300mm x 300mm End Plates (roll size). Opening heights over 3200mm high use 360mm x 360mm End Plates (roll size).
55mm lath doors. 65mm Guides and 205mm x 205mm End Plates (up to 2500mm overall height). Opening heights over 2500mm high use a 250mm x 250mm End Plates.
Security and safety features are incorporated as standard, with innovative features, advanced technology and Secured by Design approval for the Classic 77mm lath door. To maximise security a patented anti-lift locking system prevents the door from being forced open from underneath and an automatic safety brake is included on all the Classic 77mm lath doors. All CE Marked for Quality and Safety.

The 77mm Secureroll insulated roller door offers exceptional security including additional features incorporated for the Secured By Design accreditation for the internal face fix installation. Secured By Design is widely recognised as an indication of security and quality. Offering the ultimate quality, high security and reliability insulated roller door at a good value price.
Build the Specification of the Door to Meet your Requirements
The Secureroll door is available in both the 77mm and 55mm insulated lath. Made to measure to suit every size and type of installation.
You can build the specification as you prefer by choosing from a variety of the following remote control options:
- Remote Control Hold to Close with Push Buttons and two Key Fobs
- Teleco Remote Control with Courtesy Light, Push Buttons, two Key Fobs and Wired Safety Edge.
- Teleco Remote Control with Courtesy Light, Push Buttons, two Key Fobs and Wireless Safety Edge with Integrated Alarm.
- The Box enclosure to cover the roll is optional and can be supplied either as a Half Box or Full Box enclosure.
All doors are made to measure, offering a wide variety of popular colours with guides, end plates and box (if required) colour matched as standard*
Vision Option
Vision slats can be added as an optional extra, allowing natural light to enter the garage. Transparent polycarbonate infills weatherproof the openings.
Accessories
Internal Wireless Wall Switches and External Wireless Key Pads are available for extra convenience.
