Client Testimonials
What our clients are saying about us
I decided on installing my own roller doors to the garage and car port, and came across @EasyFitGarageDoors, they were so helpful in advising me on products and what was best for my needs, and also invited to see the manufacturer of the doors to see in action.
From ordering, the doors arrived made after a couple of weeks, along with installation instructions, video help and downloads, all I needed to get me on my way.
Once I had prepared for installation, all was very easy to follow, and had all 3 doors installed over a couple of days.
We are more than happy with the results, I would certainly recommend East Fit Garage Doors.

Like some of the other reviewers, as a competent DIYer I opted to install myself and was assured by Tracey that Id be able to take on the task. I was given 4 separate quotes for different levels of specification, all easy to compare and contrast. The communications around the order and the installation instructions (including some pitfalls to avoid) were excellent. After sales has also been excellent with Tracey chasing an anomaly for me and getting a very swift response. Highly recommended.

I spoke to Tracey on the phone before ordering, she helped clarify some questions I had before purchasing and was very easy to talk to. I rung a few places and Tracy was by far the most professional with absolutely no pressure to buy. I also gave Tracey a very tight deadline for the door to be delivered and her and the team met it, Thank you!

I was recommended to contact Easy Fit Garage Door for supply of garage components via Tom @ Aluroll who was fabulous to deal with. I spoke to a lovely lady called Tracey @ Easy Fit Garage Doors, who was not only very helpful but extremely knowledgeable. You really don't get this level of service these days, and dealing with a company who has a exceptional professionalism and service, with a welcoming and friendly telephone manner is a rarity. Thank you, Tracey, you have been a delight to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend your business for the honest service provided from the outset xx

I have just had a calamity recently having my van roll back into my beautiful door and really destroying part of it.
I called Tracey once more and not only did she remember me personally she also knew all the details of my initial order and our chats that we had helping me out.
In less than 24hrs she has priced and organised replacement parts for me to be delivered so I can make a repair to my door.
This company supply really high quality doors and the customer service is outstanding.
Thank you again Tracey Hudson.

I had bought a garage door in February 2021 and the electric motor just started to play up, got in touch with the company and spoke with Tracey who exceeded my expectations, she was so helpful in as much the problem I had, got resolved within an hour of talking to her, absolutely brilliant company to deal with, look no further than this because they do honour there after sales service.
Thanks Tracey for your help.

I have recently fitted another easyfit garage door. I went to easyfit after a recommendation from a friend and was delighted with the whole ordering and delivery process. After purchasing a roller door on my previous house and was very disapointed I was somewhat sceptical but Tracey at Easyfit was a delight to deal with. The door arrived on the specified day and was vastly better quality than the door on my last house. Truly professional outfit.

I have had several garage doors, from Easy Fit and found the quality and service excellent and can highly recommend them.

I looked everywhere on the net for roller shutter garage doors and after finding the main suppliers to be very pricey (everything is an extra including colour matching rails and hood). I finally came across Easy fit garage doors who had excellent reviews. I eventually rang them to talk about specs and spoke to Tracey who was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable, she gave me plenty of advice regarding fitting the door. Colour matching the rails and hood was at no extra cost. My door was way below the price of what some of the suppliers online quotes calculated. The door was delivered exactly on date as advised, there was no damage and nothing was missing. When it came to fitting it was very simple all the measurements were exact and the rails motor and end panels went in easily, you do need two people to fit the shutter to the motor or it could easily be damaged. Once wired and the motor limits set the door runs quietly and smoothly and the remotes work perfectly. The rubber seal to the bottom of the door is very substantial and has not let in any rain water so far. All in all I am very happy that I went to Easy fit, I would definitely use them again in the future. Just give Tracey a ring you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent product & customer service. Now it's nearly 2 years of faultless operation with this great garage door. It still looks and works as good as day one. Just had a minor question about batteries and emailed Easy Fit - as ever I received prompt reply sorting my question and including 25% off voucher code for the recommended batteries - sorted! Thank you again. Carl.

Fantastic service and communication from Tracey at Easy Fit Garage Doors. I asked her loads of questions and sent photos of the opening where the door was to be fitted. She noticed a problem with one of the beams which I still had time to move while building the garage. Thanks to her knowledge it saved me loads of time and stress. The door arrived earlier than expected and the driver delivering it was very helpful. We self installed the door with no problems thanks to the excellent instructions. Highly recommend. Big thanks to Tracey.

We'll I've had my roller door installed and i must say that i am pleased with the product. The install guys were great, the weather was awful for them but they still had a sense of humour. Having spent some time comparing different suppliers, i found EasyFit's specification to be superior to most other manufacturers. Their product comparison sheet made it clear what i was getting. Very helpful.

As EasyFit manufacture their own doors, rather than buying them in from a 3rd party, i was happy that the price was reasonable. Listening to their clear advice was what prompted me to give them the order. Delivery was on time, installation easy, and the door works perfectly. Fantastic.

We would like to say a very big thank you for the excellent service and product. We purchased two of you roller garage doors before Christmas, but were a bit hesitant to install (thinking that we would have a problem after taking the old doors down, as we are not good at DIY). but after watching your online video they went up perfectly.
