The CarTeck insulated Sectional door is manufactured by Teckentrup in Germany, with stock doors manufactured in the UK.
A 40mm insulated sandwich panel, with a wide choice of designs for a traditional period or a modern contemporary home. Designs are available in Solid-Rib, Centre-Rib, Standard-Rib and Georgian style panels. There are a wide range of standard and wood effect colours. Also available in special RAL colours for a bespoke finish.
The Solid, Centre and Standard panels are available in a textured Woodgrain, Smooth, Stucco or Micro-profiled, with the Wood effect colours being a smooth finish.
Opening vertically upwards and suspended under the ceiling allows full use of the space inside and outside of the garage.
Every door is made to measure to suit your opening sizes and type of installation.
Providing insulation benefits, the thermal transmittance coefficient is 1.38W/m²K.
The CarTeck insulated sectional door can be fitted as a reveal fit inbetween the brickwork or an internal face fix behind the opening and also an internal face fix but showing some frame . The side and top profile can be colour matched to the door.
CarTeck extension springs are high up out of reach in an enclosed tray enhancing safety – out of harms way for inquisitive fingers. Enclosed in steel trays also protects the springs from corrosion.
Adjusting extensions springs is quick and simple by pulling and inserting into a different slot.
CarTeck springs are held by 4 cables as standard, which means that should a cable fail, three remain which is sufficient to close the door.
The standard range of CarTeck sectional doors can be manufactured up to 5500mm wide.
CarTeck Super Size insulated sectional doors are available up to 8000mm.
A variety of window options and designs are available Window frames are coloured to be similar to the door panels with complementary flat colours being available with wood effect panel doors. Bling windows with aluminium casement and polymer glazing are also available.

Teckentrup CarTeck sectional door requires 90mm side room. Most CarTeck sectional doors will require 120mm head room. The larger door may need up to 140mm head room.
The Operator requires a standard 13amp socket. No specialist electrician work is required.
An internal manual release is included provided you have another access into the garage. Where there is no other access into the garage, you will need an external manual release.
